Several years ago, I took the train from Cannes to Sanremo (with a transfer of trains in Ventimiglia). Emerging from the train station in Sanremo with an immediate stroll to the beach for an Aperol Spritz, next door to the Yacht Club Sanremo.

In black & white the photo looks as if it could have been taken in the 1950s. The club is open to members and their guests exclusively.
